A proven path to success

Approximately 60% of our interns go on to complete additional specialty internships or residencies, while the remaining 40% choose emergency, urgent, or primary care. Many of our program alumni continue their journey within COVE—either by staying on post-internship or returning as specialists after completing their residency.
